The Plants
We only supply good quality plants,they are well packed and watered to arrive to you in tip top condition. Please note the amount of top growth on the plants may vary depending on several factors for example the time of year, where they may be coming out of dormancy (spring) and will have very little top growth ,or they may have some of their tops removed (stopped) to induce bushiness or fit packaging. These are all normal growing practices and should present no problems.
Delivery
Plants are sent Royal Mail first class. Larger orders are sent recorded delivery.All costs are included in the prices shown, dispatch days are Mon-Thur only. Plants are sent as soon as possible but during busy periods there could be a delay of up to ten days.
Returns
We operate a seven day no quibble money back guarantee.If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase return within seven days for a full refund (excludes return postage costs).
Payment
All payments are handled securely by paypal or Google checkout,all major credit cards are accepted,you don't need to open an account to pay this way. There are no charges to you for the transaction and your card details are all encrypted. i.e we don't see your card details and are only sent a message with delivery details and to inform us the transaction is completed.
Data protection
We never disclose your details to anyone else and use them only to process your order. We don't store them on database or file,and don't send unsolicited emails therefore if you like our plants for future reference please bookmark this site..
The Nursery
Please note the nursery is at a different location from our postal address,and as it is a working nursery customer visits are welcomed,but can only be accommodated by prior arrangement.
